At any moment, with the press of a button, you can travel back to one of the many waypoints in the game, making traveling around a breeze and hopefully this will become a standard feature for all future RPGs.
Many of the equipment items provide a new look for that character and often lead to hilarious scenes. Even Dunban gets status boosts if you let him walk around "naked."
The graphics and music are also of exceptionally high quality. The music always sets the right mood and almost every track is of epic quality. The graphics, on the other hand, are heavily impressive with how beautiful the environments are and how far you can see. You won't find anything prettier on the Wii, although it's a shame that all the power of the Wii was already used for the environments, resulting in the characters looking less good and being limited in their animations.
The only major blunder the developers made is that the subtitles (if you choose the Japanese audio) are based on the English audio. This often causes the subtitles to not completely match what the Japanese voices are saying.
This is an RPG that rarely comes along, and if you're a fan of the genre, you owe it to yourself to play this game!
