Best Shooter for the Wii with Excellent Multiplayer Mode
The Conduit is an amazing game! It is without a doubt the best shooter for the Wii. I also disagree with the "Copied" badge. It may not be a new concept, but do you give all Alien shooters this badge? I also disagree with the "Lack of Depth" badge. The game gives you total control, so you're not just mashing buttons. And then there's the "Poor Story" badge. The story might not be great, but contrary to what that badge info says, it's not a crucial factor in this game. The game is a bit short, but you'll have a lot of fun with the multiplayer mode. I recommend this game to every shooter fan, and it gets a solid 9.5 from me. If there had been more good shooters for the Wii, the score might have been a bit lower, but that's not the case. Cijfer:

The Conduit is a cool game. The controls are particularly good, everything can be customized to your own preference. The online experience is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the single player mode is quite standard, and the story isn't really interesting either. Graphically, the game is pretty good, especially for the Wii. The developer High Voltage is doing everything to create a good shooter for the Wii. To achieve this, this title is Wii-exclusive (not available for other consoles). The intention was to create a halo-like atmosphere. Unfortunately, this is not very successful. The story is far-fetched and doesn't really create tension.
There is little variation in the game, it's just non-stop shooting aliens. There are no vehicle missions in between. It's also very straightforward. You can't make choices like going into a different corridor. You always have to follow a certain path.
The controls are very well developed. Visually, The Conduit is also certainly strong, especially by Wii standards. Unfortunately, the expectations are only partially met, but it's not a bad game at all! Cijfer:

Alien shooters are not exactly my personal favorite due to the lack of variety and the significant differences in difficulty levels.
Since this game was a gift (and you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth), I decided to give it a shot anyway; a shot that definitely did not disappoint. The visuals of The Conduit are excellent, the gameplay is smooth, the storyline is somewhat thin, but on the other hand, the controls run exceptionally smoothly.
Alien shooters remain a genre with low quality in my opinion, but for games like this, it's not a problem to make an exception now and then. For the fan, it's (probably) an absolute must! Cijfer:

The Conduit is a fun shooter, but the graphics are not the best. The weapons also don't feel realistic. I'm just not sure if this is a positive or negative thing. I'll stick with Call of Duty. Cijfer:

I find The Conduit a bit lacking; it looks nice, but that's where it ends. The controls can be irritating at times, and the game stutters.
