The Best of Resident Evil 4 on the Wii
The Wii is the third console on which Resident Evil 4 is released, the fourth if you count the PC. But is this game still worth playing? The answer is simple, yes. The Wii version has the graphics of the Gamecube version and the extras of the PS2 version, so it's the best of the best. The gameplay remains fantastic, the AI of your enemies is good, and it will take you about 15 hours to complete Resident Evil 4 for the first time.
Of course, the Wii version is optimized to be played with the Wiimote, allowing you to aim with the Wiimote. Unfortunately, this can also be a disadvantage, as the game was designed with the idea that aiming might take a while with a controller, so it can sometimes be a bit easy with the Wiimote. Fortunately, the game remains challenging even on the highest difficulty level, and if you don't like the Wiimote, you can always plug in a Gamecube controller into your Wii and play with it.
All in all, Resident Evil 4 is a game that is definitely worth it, and now that it's out on the Wii with all the extras, there is no reason not to have played this game!

Best shoot zombies dead in 3rd person game on the Wii
I'm addicted to Resident Evil 4 :P
The concept is great, the gameplay is solid, the length of the game is pretty good, and you can buy weapons! This game is probably the best shoot zombies dead in 3rd person mode available on the Wii.
The only downside is that it can be challenging at times, but for most people, that's actually a plus!

Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition: Best Installment in the Series with Superb Controls and Extras
Resident Evil 4 is the very best part of the series (yes, I really mean it). The game combines an underlying tension (it's not horror anymore) with superb graphics and top-notch controls. This is even more true for the Wii version, where the Remote steals the show. Taking down Ganados has never been so smooth. As the cherry on top, all the extras that the GameCube version was missing are neatly included on the disc. A real winner!

One of the best Wii games with amazing zombie action
I think Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is one of the best Wii games I've played. (And it's definitely the best horror game for the Wii)
The reason for that is that, like all Resident Evil games, it's creepy and not TOO difficult.
Shooting at the zombies getting closer and closer is of course amazing. And the zombies lurking around almost every corner make the game even more fun.
The ONLY downside is that the shotgun is a bit too overpowered. Apart from that, a top game.

Escaping from zombies
Resident Evil 4 is an amazing game. I do find the game a bit scary. I did get startled a few times in the beginning, but after a while, you get used to it.
The controls are good and so is the storyline. Your goal is to escape from a village filled with zombies with a girl. Highly recommended for shooter fans!

Not really a game made for the Wii, but still a great game.
This is a game for the Wii that wasn't actually made for the Wii. The Wii is for games aimed at ages 12 and up, maybe mildly 16+. The Wii is targeted at children, but that's not all there is to it. Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is one of the most famous games EVER. How do you become that? By being good. By being beautiful. And in this case: by being scary and surprising. This game is all of that.

Spooky and Graphic: Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition for Horror Fans
Another delightfully spooky game, if you've checked out my previous reviews you'll know I enjoy the scarier games (Dead Space, House of the Dead, Deadly Creatures). I really liked this game, it has an intriguing story revolving around the Luminos (zombies that are smart) and the General, along with other characters like El Salvatore with his chainsaw and bag over his head. It's quite a graphic game, so not suitable for young children.

Great on the Gamecube, perfect for the Wii
On the Gamecube, Resident Evil 4 was already a hit, and with a revamped release on the Wii, the game has only gotten better: not only have the graphics been polished, but the gameplay has also been refined (thanks to the addition of motion controls and aiming with the Wii-mote) and a whole bunch of extras have been added.

While most games don't necessarily improve with a re-release, this is truly an exception to the rule and definitely worth purchasing. Even if you already have the Gamecube version, it's worth getting this one too: that's how good Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is!!!

An action-packed horror game that should definitely be in every Wii owner's collection.
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is a real recommendation for people who enjoy playing action or horror games. Unfortunately, the story is very cliché and the graphics are not top-notch, but the gameplay is just superb. It does take a while for the rather odd controls to become normal. The game has many jump scares and creates a creepy atmosphere. Unfortunately, there are no zombies.
The game features many bosses that you have to defeat in different ways, providing a constant challenge.
In addition to the main story, there are also some side quests and a Mercenaries mode available after completing the game.
So, it will take a while before you have completed the entire game.

The best version for newcomers, but if you already have it, part 4 is not worth it
You get the best Resident Evil game ever made with Gamecube graphics and all the extras from the Playstation 2 version combined. A fantastic deal for those who don't have the game yet, and the Gamecube controller is still supported, which is definitely a plus for those who don't like the Wiimote controls.

If you don't have the game yet, I highly recommend Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, but if you already have it, the extras are not substantial enough to justify a second purchase.

The best
I am a huge fan of playing Resident Evil.
It's a bit like Left for Dead, but this is even more fun. Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition is the best of the whole series along with The Darkside Chronicles. It's a real recommendation for everyone!

When you're in the sewers under the castle in Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, Salazar will send his bodyguard your way. He's a tough cookie. But it doesn't have to be that way. All you need is the Rocket Launcher. When he's coming at you, make sure you're close to a nitrogen tank. Push it over and our Verdugo will freeze. Then it's just a matter of aiming and you can scrape the pieces of Verdugo off the wall.

How can Leon defeat the two Gigantes in Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition?
Peppenster

The two Gigantes that Leon has to face can be quite annoying when they team up. But no worries. In the room, there is a pretty neat lava pit. The trick is to lure one of the Gigantes over there and then flip the switch.
To do this, you first need to climb the scaffolding on the side and wait for both Gigantes to get close. When they try to push your scaffolding, quickly grab the zipline down, and you'll be in front of the switch in Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition. When you grab it, Leon will look over his shoulder, and then it's all about timing.
Just be careful, if one falls into the lava, wait a bit to make sure the Gigante is really dead, or else it might drag you down with it.
