Pokémon Battle Revolution gets boring quickly without DS integration
Pokemon Battle Revolution is a short game that quickly becomes boring!
Without a Nintendo DS with Pokémon Diamond or Pearl, you can only battle with 6 pre-selected Pokémon in about 20 fights in the colosseums. You can't roam the world like in Pokémon XD, and there's hardly anything extra to do...
If you do have the DS games, you can transfer Pokémon to this game to battle online with your own Pokémon... But that gets boring after a while too!
Conclusion: A game you can easily skip, if you're into 3D action, go for Pokémon XD or Colosseum instead!

This game is not worth your money........unless you have a DS with the game Pokémon Diamond or Pokémon Pearl. You can transfer the Pokémon from your DS to the Wii and enjoy battling in 3D with Pokémon Battle Revolution. If you don't have a DS with the game Pokémon Diamond or Pokémon Pearl, then it's not that great. You'll only get 6 standard Pokémon and you also can't walk through a world and catch Pokémon.

Long-winded and quickly bored.
The single-player mode is short, yet it feels like an eternity because of the long waiting times in battles. Battles are great fun if you have Diamond or Pearl because then you can transfer your pocket monsters and watch them fight on a big screen. It's best to finish the story mode as quickly as possible because it's not exactly enjoyable pastime. For enthusiasts, I recommend Pokémon Battle Revolution. If you're good at competitive play, you can also test your skills online, but don't expect to finish quickly as battles tend to last a long time.

Disappointing, Promising
Disappointment is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Pokémon Battle Revolution.
I've also played the two previous games on the GameCube, so I was really looking forward to the next-gen Pokémon title.
But what a disappointment that was.

Firstly: Your freedom is very limited, instead of freely roaming around, you now choose a specific area and battle there.
Secondly: Unless you have a DS with Pokémon Pearl or Diamond, the number of Pokémon you can battle with is very limited.

While it is a very good game in itself, it's just a shame that your freedom is so restricted. This game leaves you craving for more, so we'll have to wait for the next Pokémon game.

This game is one to avoid, DO NOT want!
This game is simply bad. Where it starts with decent graphics, it ends with monotonous battle after monotonous battle.
Have you ever played Pokémon Battle Revolution? If you're soulless enough to buy this, you probably have. Well, let me give you a good example. Imagine this: You're playing Pokémon and you enter a room with 50 Pokémon trainers that you have to defeat. And on top of that, you don't even get EXP. Now you might think, "That sounds like the Battle Frontier or the Battle Tower, which provided a challenge." WRONG! This is monotonous and boring. You win battle after battle... and that's it. With the Battle Frontier or the Battle Tower, you had a game first.

Fun, for short periods
Pokémon Battle Revolution is a decent game, but it's important to note that you can't catch Pokemon in this game. The game looks good, and the story isn't bad, but the Pokemon teams you get can be quite repetitive to use at times.
Therefore, I recommend transferring your Pokemon from Diamond & Pearl and using them to battle. This makes the game more personal and engaging.
The game is enjoyable, but long consecutive play sessions become less fun.

Too many similarities with Pokémon Stadium
I don't really think this is a great game to be honest. It's the same, and when I say the same, I mean exactly the same as Pokémon Stadium. You can transfer Pokémon to the Wii just like in Pokémon Stadium 2.
The concept is identical, and I prefer Pokémon games where you go on adventures!

Limited gameplay and mediocre online functionality
Pokémon Battle Revolution is more like an expansion on Pokémon Pearl and Diamond than a standalone game. You can basically only have battles. It's still somewhat enjoyable if you have a DS and transfer the Pokémon to your Wii, but there isn't much more you can do. The online component is also poorly executed and feels a bit cheap.

Exciting Battles with Amazing Graphics and Animations
Pokémon Battle Revolution is super cool! For me, it's a real treat to see my Pokémon battling in a stadium with amazing graphics. What I personally really like is that you can use your Pokémon from your DS games. This makes it extra special and ensures a seamless transition between the games.

The battles are thrilling and you can apply all kinds of strategies. There are many different arenas, each with their own theme and unique challenges. You can also play against friends, which makes it even more fun for me and my friends. The multiplayer mode is a real plus and provides endless hours of entertainment.

I don't find Pokémon Battle Revolution to be a very exciting game; all you do is battle, and you always have level 100 Pokemon. However, what is cool is that you can transfer Pokemon from Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum from the Nintendo DS via Wi-Fi. If you're into battling, then this is the game for you!

This game is the next generation, in my opinion. You see everything in 3D and you also see the player moving and doing things. The best thing about Pokémon Battle Revolution, in my opinion, is definitely the Wi-Fi feature, as you can play against players from all over the world. Awesome game, Nintendo!

I don't really enjoy this game anymore, because it's the same thing all the time, just fighting and walking. After a while, it gets boring to keep doing the same thing over and over.

Don't even bother
Pokémon Battle Revolution is in my opinion the worst Pokémon spin-off ever! All you can do is some random battles with a few sets. If you want more sets and more battles, you need a DS with Pokémon Diamond or Pearl. I wouldn't get the game and instead opt for a main Pokémon game.
