In addition to the fixed 9 characters of the Strawhat crew, in One Piece Unlimited Cruise 1: The Treasure Beneath the Waves, there is a secret character to unlock during boss battles. Chopper's "Rumble Ball" not only allows him to transform into 4 additional forms.
When Chopper has less than 10% of his health bar left and uses a Rumble Ball, he transforms into the gigantic Monster Chopper: a creature that may be very slow, but boasts the largest health bar and attack power of all playable characters. So, if you're in need of some extra power, count on the Rumble Ball!
