Enjoy racing, making money, and pimping your car.
This game is truly different from previous NFS installments. Here you can enjoy drag racing and make some burnouts. With the money you earn from tournaments, you can pimp your car to your heart's content, from new tires to completely changing its appearance. It's really a fantastic game.

Real Racing like Forza Motorsport in Need for Speed: Pro Street
Need for Speed Prostreet is something different for a change. Normally, we're used to the NFS series where you can smash hard into walls and sometimes have the police literally breathing down your neck. Not anymore, here it's all about 'real' racing, like Forza Motorsport.
It's just that dealing with the damage can drive you crazy at times. You're out of money again, then you have no repair cards left, then you're total loss again and have to start over 10 times until you finally make it. Don't bash the game, there's a lot of good stuff in it.
The graphics are stunning. You can pimp your car nicely. It's just annoying that you have to brake in every turn, it gets boring! Still, you won't get bored easily with this game. It's definitely worth your money.

Fun game, and addictive.
It's a fantastic racing game. The controls are easy, and the races are not difficult to complete. (even my 5-year-old stepson can easily win a race)
Especially when playing with cheats, it's an easy game. Need for Speed: Pro Street is very enjoyable, making it sometimes hard to put down.
So, it's definitely recommended for both young and old alike!

Fits nicely in the lineup
There have been quite a few Need for Speed games released on various consoles. The versions on the DS and the Wii have always kept people satisfied, and this installment does the same. Need for Speed: Pro Street is a classic. However, like its predecessors, the game doesn't look great graphically. The versions for PS3 are much nicer to look at. This installment has been somewhat adjusted in terms of the storyline. The GTA theme has disappeared, and there are finally more races, which is also what this game is all about.

Game is a huge letdown
I find Need for Speed: Pro Street really boring and very difficult to understand. I bought the game, played for an hour, and returned it to the store the next day.
I've played many NFS games, but this one is a massive letdown.

Pro Street = super cool!
Need for Speed: Pro Street is a super cool game that, once you've played it, keeps you entertained for quite a while and makes you want to play it more often. The customization is also really cool.

Fun game, recommended!
Need for Speed: Pro Street is a fun game, the career mode is a real enjoyable challenge, good graphics, great music. Plenty of cool cars but a shame you have to choose which race style to go for. It would have been better if you could have one car for all types of race styles.

Cool game for car enthusiasts
Need for Speed ProStreet is a decent game with great graphics that allow you to follow the game well.
