Great movie, less great game
With many movie tie-in games, the clock is ticking: everything needs to be ready on time so the game can be released alongside the movie. Unfortunately, this often doesn't bode well...
In this case as well, the rush is clearly visible: in the movie, Lewis travels through the same area in two different time periods, meeting characters from the future. The game takes a completely different approach: you don't play as Lewis but as Wilbur, who embarks on adventures through various time periods.
As a result, Disney's Meet the Robinsons game has very little to do with the movie. Not only does this leave the gamer feeling cheated, it also sets a trend of not delivering on promises made beforehand: is that what today's gamers want?
