When you're on the main menu, you need to go to "Options," and then to "Cheats." In this menu, you have to play the right notes on the guitar to unlock cheats. Below is a list of the cheat names, their effects (you can turn them all on and off, except for Unlock Everything), and the corresponding code: (Note: For the colors I've put in brackets, you need to press both of those colors at the same time)
