Go to 'my FIFA 09' and select the 'transfers' section of FIFA 09 All-Play. Here you can swap all players between clubs. Choose the best players in the game for you and transfer them to the club with which you want to start a new manager career. Once you are done with this, press finish and you can start Manager Mode. This does not work if you have already started with that club.
(For example: if you are in the second season with Chelsea and you perform the action just explained, it will not be updated for the corresponding Chelsea. If you start a new manager mode with Chelsea in FIFA 09 All-Play, then they will be applied.)
