Superfast races with challenging tricks and custom music options
Excite Truck is a really cool racing game. The game controls well and also looks pretty decent. The game plays very fast, if you're not paying attention for a moment or swerve a bit, you'll crash into a tree in no time. You also have to try to perform tricks at that speed, which can be quite a challenge at times. There's really a lot to do and the game gradually becomes more difficult. It also has a 2-player versus mode, 4 players would have been much more fun, but oh well. You can also play your own music while racing, in case you're not a fan of the rock music that's in the game.

Coolest Racing Game on the Wii with Easy-to-Play Experience
This is, in my opinion, one of the coolest racing games on the Wii to date. The sense of speed is very well executed, and the entry threshold is very low, making it a fun game to play with friends on the couch. The star system is also very motivating when playing alone because in Excite Truck, you always want to achieve the highest score on each track.

Many possibilities
This game is one of the most enjoyable (racing) games for the Wii. You can race for gold, but also for stars.
The multiplayer mode is also good. It's fun to do a few races with your friends.

The controls will also influence the score. You use the Wii Remote, but hold it sideways. It's easier with the Wii Wheel.

Furthermore, the graphics are very good, the music is sufficient, and Excite Truck has many unlockables. If you don't like the music, you can customize it by saving your own music on an SD card and playing it while you race.

Excite Truck
This is definitely one of my best acquisitions. It plays great and you don't have any issues with the Wii controls at all. It's a race/rally course that you drive on, and you have to be constantly alert because it's easy to get knocked out.

Very enjoyable but quite challenging, not a game to buy for the little ones right away!

Excite Truck is a very enjoyable racing game where you not only have to be fast but also devastatingly good. You can play against the computer, which becomes very enjoyable due to all the unlockable elements, but the different types of races are also fun to play against your friends.

Unique Terrain Deformation Makes Excite Truck Challenging and Fun
Excite Truck for the Nintendo Wii was one of the first games I played on this platform and in my opinion it’s still one of the best racing games ever. The game is a true arcade racer and offers a unique experience through the way the terrain deforms. While racing you can pick up upgrades that completely change the flat terrain, leading to surprising and thrilling races.

In a way, Excite Truck reminds me of Wave Race 64 for the Nintendo 64, where the ground also moves. But in this game, you can not only modify the terrain, you can also build up nitro. This allows you to jump incredibly high and even race through trees, giving a wonderful sense of freedom and speed. The controls are simple and work fantastically with the Wii remote. Despite the graphics being relatively simple, they are well polished and contribute to the charm of the game.

At first glance, Excite Truck might seem like a cheap budget game due to its straightforward presentation. But as soon as you start playing, you quickly realise that it’s a very well-made racing game that, despite its simplicity, offers a lot of depth. A sequel called Excitebots with robot vehicles was released later, which is also fun, but personally I find the simplicity of Excite Truck just a bit more enjoyable. It’s worth mentioning that this game has nothing to do with Excitebike, even though both are official Nintendo releases.

Fun racing game! You steer using the Wii remote held sideways, with enjoyable race tracks and plenty of unlockables. Excite Truck ranks high among the top racing games alongside Mario Kart and others. You can also listen to your own music if it's stored on your SD card within the game.

With Excite Truck, the goal is not to finish first, but to collect as many little stars as possible with your truck. I find the graphics nice to very nice, the multiplayer mode is not extensive enough in my opinion, and I think the selection of trucks is too simple and limited.
