The city is a dull, grey place. Blob is a funny character tasked with bringing color back to De Blob. The game looks fantastic and plays smoothly. Completing a level is often achievable, but you also want to reach as many goals as possible. Goals include coloring all the trees, hitting a zeppelin, and completing all tasks. It's enjoyable to "paint" as well as you can, and if you achieve many goals, you can unlock minigames.
Even suitable for children to play, but certainly not easy! It provides enough challenge for the avid gamer and is also manageable for the less competitive player. There's also free painting mode so even the youngest ones can join in.
The only downside is that you can't save in between. The levels last for over an hour! Cijfer:

Creative and challenging city coloring with De Blob
De Blob is an amazing game, suitable for both young and old. You play as a Blob in a gray city. The goal of the game is to repaint the entire city. That may sound boring at first, and it is a bit. But soon enough, additional elements come into play, like the ink. If the Blob rolls into the ink, it loses its color. And if you don't quickly replenish your paint supply, you lose a life. Fun game with challenging levels and color mixing
De Blob is a really fun game. It's not too difficult to get the hang of the basics. But later on, it becomes more challenging, for example by jumping onto higher and more difficult-to-reach buildings.
It's also fun to mix colors. I think it's a great game and I recommend it to everyone to get. Unless you don't like colors. Cijfer:

Innovative platformer with colorful missions
De Blob is a very fun and innovative platformer. In the game, you play as the Blob, who must save the city from the evil company INKT. INKT has stolen all the color from the city, and you have to repaint the city. You have to defeat soldiers, free citizens, and do very fun missions in the city! You can even choose which color to paint the city yourself! This is a Wii gem. Cijfer:

OH NO!
Imagine this:
You're walking down the street and suddenly a sticky, blobby bouncing ball covered in paint of all colors of the rainbow comes rolling by. That definitely doesn't make you happy. OH NO!
Especially not when it starts turning everything around you YELLOW (the ugliest color that has ever existed) and you get a pounding headache because the sun (how ironic) is shining above a clear blue sky (ugh...)!!! OH NO!
Read more...At first, it's fun to bounce around and color everything, creating patterns, but after a while, you just feel like joining the Bad Guys to turn everything black and white and wipe that stupid grin off its face! But you can't, you automatically side with the paintbrushes... OH NO! The little round balls are quite cute! Unfortunately, you're not a little round ball... but a chubby overweight paintball... Seeing some positive reactions about this game, but personally, I'm less enthusiastic about it.
The game controls are indeed easy, making it playable even for younger children. Coloring a bit of the city in certain colors that you can obtain by collecting the little robots is not exactly what I would call a great game.
There is a bit of educational value because if you, for example, pick the colors blue and yellow, you get a green blob. This way, you can teach children what happens when you mix colors.
I just found it to look very simple, and the gameplay didn't make me want to play for hours. After a few levels, I had seen enough of it.
Nevertheless, I still want to give it a passing grade because of the easy controls and the fun you can find in it.De Blob Cijfer:

Addictive game that gets more fun as you progress
The Blob. I saw it in the store with my little brother at a low price, I had heard a lot of good things about it, so we bought it. Once home, my brother tried it out, at first we really thought: what a rubbish game!
But as we progressed a bit further in the game, it started to get more and more fun! After an hour of playing, we could hardly stop! It's indeed a very addictive game. After a while, unfortunately, it disappeared back into the closet and wasn't played much anymore.De Blob Cijfer:

I'm too old for this
You really have to love this kind of games to play De Blob. I really can't stand this game and I quickly sold it. When you reach a certain age, you won't enjoy this anymore. For me, that was already 2 years ago when I had the game for 1 week!

A fun game with a few downsides.
The Blob is a funny game. The game has a decent story with a beautiful background. It is also very colorful. However, this game is more suitable for children under 12. It can also be quite monotonous. It's not suitable for people who don't like colors. Kind of obvious, right...
