Innovative music game with a unique DJ experience
DJ Hero is a completely new concept in the music gaming industry. A smart move, as dance music is becoming increasingly popular and the target audience overlaps with that of console users. DJ Hero is a well-executed game. It follows the successful formula of games like Guitar Hero by allowing the player to use real instruments (in this case, the turntable, a mini DJ set) for gameplay. It is very different from Guitar Hero due to the scratching, cross-fading, and music style. A new type of game is born!

Perfect for Guitar Hero Fans
For those who absolutely love Guitar Hero, they should definitely give DJ Hero a try. The basics are similar, so you'll quickly get the hang of it. I thought it was pretty cool to try my hand at using a turntable, but since I'm not a huge fan of these kinds of games, I only played it for a bit.

However, I thought the implementation of the turntable was well done, and I believe this game is definitely going to be a hit. The controls are easy to manage, and the difficulty levels are very well balanced. So, it's definitely worth an 8.5.

Innovative Renewal: From Guitar to Turntable in DJ Hero
The "Hero" franchise was in need of some much-needed innovation, and DJ Hero succeeds very well in this aspect. Instead of pop, rock, and metal, you now dive into the world of dance music. The guitar, microphone, or drum set is replaced by a real turntable. This works great, even for Guitar Hero veterans (like myself). The learning curve is quite steep, the game looks good, and manages to achieve truly new things, such as mixing different songs together. You really feel like a true DJ!

Very fun game, quite addictive
DJ Hero is very enjoyable to play as a change from games like Guitar Hero. The concept of the game is similar, except it features electronic music instead of rock music. At first, it can be quite challenging to play this game, as you need to press the buttons on time and scratch with your right hand, while also switching and creating sound effects with your left hand. Once you get the hang of it, it's a super fun game to play.
There are great songs in DJ Hero, especially the tracks by Daft Punk are enjoyable to play in my opinion.
The only downside I find is that the initial songs can be a bit monotonous, but overall, it's a really fun game!

Fun game
If you enjoy Guitar Hero and are looking to try something different, DJ Hero is definitely fun to play! The principle of this game is similar, where you need to hit the colors at the right moment, but here you also get to scratch and fade. You mix two songs together each time, and you can also add various sound effects if you like. By building up enough bonus points, you can ''rewind'' and rewind the song a bit to earn more points.

Feel like a real DJ with DJ Hero's turntable controller!
DJ Hero for the Nintendo Wii is super cool! You get to play as a DJ and mix different songs with a special turntable controller. It truly felt like I was standing in a club spinning tracks. The music is awesome, and you really get into the DJ vibe when you hit the right beats.

You need to press buttons at the right moments and spin the turntable to mix the music well. There are plenty of songs and mixes to try out, keeping the game nicely varied. The challenge lies in executing the moves precisely on time, which can be quite tricky at times.

Crossfader, scratching in the mix

Amazing!!
DJ Hero: the copy of Guitar Hero but in a completely new jacket! Actually, the point remains the same but now you can also scratch, spin, and reverse. There are also many songs available that you have to perform well for the highest score. Overall, it's just a fun musical game that everyone should have!
