Are you ready for the battle against Dracula?
Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth is a remake of the Game Boy game: Castlevania Adventure. Personally, I don't have the Game Boy title, but I've heard that it doesn't even resemble the Game Boy game.
Well, a bit of original content can't hurt in a remake, right =D
Personally, I found Contra Rebirth more enjoyable, but that's purely due to the genre. In The Adventure Rebirth, you play as Christopher Belmont, who is sent to Transylvania to once again kill Dracula... come on... I mean, Dracula has been killed SO many times... don't you, the Belmont family, realize he's invincible?! Anyway, the game is still good. What I personally liked was the music. Throughout the levels, we hear remixes of previously used Castlevania music. But this was supposed to be a remake (from what I understand) of Castlevania Adventure, so why not use the same kind of music then?!
It's not perfect, but it only costs 10 euros so it's worth it. Do you think you're good enough to play Castlevania? Muhahaha! Just wait until you play it! And what month is better to play a horror game than in October? Happy Halloween =D

Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth seems to be a remake of the Gameboy game Castlevania Adventure. Personally, I don't see it as a remake. The Wii version has different graphics, I don't recognize the Gameboy game in it. However, that doesn't mean it's a bad game, quite the opposite. The Adventure ReBirth is a typical Castlevania game, not like the Metroidvania games. The game takes you back to the older series of the games but with better graphics. Great game, just a bit short so you'll finish it quickly.
