Fun party mode and challenging brain training Fun simple games that make you a bit smarter. There is the option to play in a kind of "party mode" in teams against each other which makes it extra fun once you've practiced a bit ;-) Your brain is displayed in grams and the challenge is to have a heavier brain than your Wii friends. The only downside is that your "coach" talks quite a lot between games...a lot of useless A-button pressing.Big Brain Academy Cijfer:

Ideal for multiplayer chaos in the living room Big Brain Academy is a true brain trainer from Nintendo, offering various categories to challenge your mind, such as math and insight.
Playing alone, you can quickly go through the game. A brain test shows you how much brain mass you have, and you can choose individual exercises to improve areas where you're less proficient.
The game truly becomes fun when played with multiple people. For example, you can compete to see who can answer 20 questions correctly first. This can lead to a lot of chaos in the living room.
In short, a fun game, especially with multiple players. Playing solo, you might get bored quickly with the game. Cijfer:
7,0 Read more reviews.Challenging brain teasers with hectic multiplayer options This is a typical game: you either like it or you don't. Various games that make your brain work. Especially the "bird memory" is very difficult at the highest level. I find it a challenge to achieve the high score everywhere. (Are the other reviewers not smart enough? ... lol) You can play multiplayer in 2 variants: in split screen and taking turns in teams. The first variant, you play against each other simultaneously and it's very hectic and funny.
Because Big Brain Academy has a very easy lowest level, even children can play this game effortlessly. It's a shame that the game is in English, so not everything is playable for children. Additionally, there's an annoying coach who talks a lot in between. You have to press the A button a lot between the games. Cijfer:

Fun but quickly monotonous, doesn't make you smarter Big Brain Academy is quite fun but it gets boring quickly. Research also shows that you don't actually get any smarter from playing this, you just got the hang of the games. So it's actually pointless, but if you enjoy the games, feel free to buy it. Cijfer:

Lots of repetition after a few days of gaming Big Brain Academy is a bit of a rip-off of Brain Training for the Nintendo DS. In the game, you will do various mini-games to train your brain. Whether this really works, no one knows... There are many different mini-games, but after a few days, you will fall into a lot of repetition and then it quickly becomes boring. If you enjoy a quick game session every day, this is for you/the casual gamer. If you prefer longer gaming sessions, this game is not recommended. Cijfer:

Fun for training your brain, but gets boring quickly This is a good game to train your brain with. It's fun to play Big Brain Academy and beat your dad on the Wii because you're "smarter," but after that, the fun quickly fades for me. It's a good game for self-improvement, but that's about it. I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Cijfer:

Perfect for training your short-term memory Very fun game, especially because it helps you train your short-term memory. That's why I would recommend Big Brain Academy for older individuals. I believe you can easily spend a whole afternoon playing it. You also need to enjoy puzzle games, otherwise, you might get bored quickly. However, it's not a game suitable for a 3-year-old child as stated on the cover. Cijfer:
8,0Long-winded interludes after each task I was really looking forward to playing Big Brain Academy, but I found it a bit disappointing in the end...
The tasks themselves are quite fun, but the "chatter" after each task takes so long that I end up pressing the A button for a whole minute just to continue.
I expected more from it... Cijfer:

Fun and Educational Game for Brain Training with Friends and Family Big Brain Academy for the Nintendo Wii is a fun and educational game! For me, it's a real joy to train my brain with all kinds of puzzles and mini-games. There are five categories in which you can challenge yourself: Thinking Skills, Memory, Analysis, Math, and Vision.
The graphics are cheerful and the music is pleasant, creating an enjoyable gaming experience. What I enjoy the most is that you can play with friends and family to see who is the smartest. The game keeps track of your scores and gives you a brain score at the end of each session, which is a fun way to track your progress.
Big Brain Academy is a fantastic way to have fun while training your brain. Perfect for anyone who loves puzzles and wants to improve their thinking skills! Cijfer:

Fun game, but aiming speed on Wii too high Big Brain Academy is and remains a fantastic game, but with the Wii edition, you have to aim so quickly for a good score that you almost always end up with a brain weight of just 700 grams, whereas for the DS edition, I have a high score of 1500 grams. So, it's a great game, but sometimes it's a bit too fast. Cijfer:
8,0For those looking for a real challenge! Big Brain Academy is a game designed for those who want to optimize their brainpower! You can play at your own pace, but also push yourself for a real challenge! The questions are very clear and include math problems, sudoku, and various other types of puzzles and tasks! Cijfer:

Funny game to play with friends Big Brain Academy features a variety of mini-games to give your memory a boost. It's especially enjoyable when playing against friends. However, it quickly becomes repetitive, so if you're planning a whole evening with friends or looking to play a game for an extended period, I wouldn't recommend this game. Cijfer:
