Strategic action with shooting and a good storyline
Fun strategy game where you can also shoot yourself. The gameplay is very good, it's easy to control your troops. It has a good storyline and is not too easy. It requires quite a bit of strategic skills, but you can still shoot in it. Personally, I find Battalion Wars II to be one of the better strategy games, if you can call it that.

Improved multiplayer and colorful graphics, but short gameplay
Battalion Wars 2 is the 3D version of the Nintendo Wars franchise. The game looks fun and beautifully colorful. Unlike the first installment, this one even has multiplayer, unfortunately only online, but it's still a lot of fun. The story has also been significantly improved, and now that you can play with other countries, the game is much more extensive. Unfortunately, this game is still a bit on the short side and online play can quickly become boring.

Extensive multiplayer and enjoyable campaign
Battalion Wars II is a real gem! You will have a lot of fun with the Campaign, and there is also an extensive multiplayer mode! Now that's what I call getting value for your money.
The controls generally work well, and the graphics are good too. The game has "kiddy graphics," which wasn't a downside for me as I also enjoy that. If you like Advanced Wars for the DS, this is a must-have. The only difference is that BWII is not "turn-based" but "real-time."
I had a lot of fun with it and still occasionally play a match online.

A captivating story and strong graphics make this game a worthy successor.
A large number of new units, improved graphics, and a good story make Battalion Wars II a worthy successor. Since this doesn't say much, I'll just start with the story. After the war with the country Xylvania, peace has returned. However, when the Anglo Isles launch an attack on the Solar Empire kingdom, believing they possess a secret superweapon, it eventually leads to a full-blown world war. The story features beautiful segments and sudden twists, keeping it engaging throughout.

Battalion Wars 2, just like its predecessor, is a strategy game. Now with fun online capabilities.
It all started with Battalion Wars, and I fell in love. This game immediately became my favorite on the GameCube and even made it into IGN's top 25 best GameCube games. And then I heard wonderful news, because there was a part 2.

Exciting and Accessible Strategy-Action Game

Excellent Strategy and Gameplay in Battalion Wars 2
Battalion Wars 2 is a very good strategy game, where you can also shoot yourself. I find the gameplay very good. You can easily control everything. Sometimes you need to be strategically inclined.
There is a nice story in it. The multiplayer is certainly not bad. The graphics are also good and there is nice sound to accompany it. In other words, this game is worth your money!
