Due to the weak execution of an ambitious concept, Alien Syndrome is not worth the money.
I'm a fan of action RPG games, and Alien Syndrome, as I knew it, was always a lot of fun. Reason enough to get the new Wii version, I thought. Unfortunately, SEGA has done much less than expected, because Alien Syndrome is anything but enjoyable. The story - to the extent that there is one - is far from exciting, it's a graphical disaster, the enemies go down way too easily, and in terms of content, the game is nothing to write home about. What is positive about Alien Syndrome then? If you play this game with two people (in co-op mode), you might still have some laughs together, provided you have nothing else to do on your hard-earned day off. Otherwise, I would leave this game sitting in the bargain bins.
