A football game with lots of extras, but still a bit childish.
At the start, you can choose your character, either a boy or a girl. You attend the Academy of Champions: Football, a school where you learn about football. You will be part of a team of 5 people, with whom you can play a maximum of three matches per day. At your school, you can buy accessories to use while playing football. It's quite a childish game, evident from the cartoon characters you play with. The famous rabbits from Raving Rabbids also make an appearance in this game. The graphics in this game are quite nice. If you're not in the mood for a match, you can play mini-games instead. You can even use the Balance Board. Together with the Wii Motion Plus for better control, these are great advantages of this game. However, if you're looking to play football seriously, I think you'd be better off getting a game from the Fifa category.

For the younger generation.
Academy of Champions: Football is really aimed at the younger generation among us. However, even though it's targeted at the younger crowd, I don't find it to be a strong game. You attend a football school where you receive lessons in football. You can only play matches with 10 players on the field (including opponents). That makes the game quite poor. For a real football game, you should turn to the fifa series. It offers you a lot more. Pro evolution soccer is also recommended in this regard.

Academy of Champions: Football is funny, but also quite childish and definitely not enjoyable for adults who prefer a good match of FIFA. It's a shame that this game can't be played with four players, but only with two... Weird for a football game, right?! On top of that, the price of this game is very good, and I think this game is definitely worth a 6.5!

Fun football game for kids. More about playing than actual football.
Academy of Champions: Football is especially enjoyable for children. This is because when you're older and want to play a football game, you probably aim for matches that are as realistic as possible. Realistic, this game is not; you only play with a total of 10 players. Fortunately, this game doesn't rely on realism because it includes various special techniques that you can unlock as you progress. There are also fun mini-games to play. Since the game doesn't strive for realism, the graphics are different from, for example, the FIFA series, being more cartoonish. The controls are good, and you can perform special actions by pressing the buttons that appear on the screen.

Funny but not remarkable
Academy of Champions: Football is a pretty funny game, but if you're into more realistic football, then Fifa is more up your alley. You can only play this game with a maximum of two players, which is a shame that you can't play with 4 people. However, the price is good for the game.

Childish soccer game made for kids
Academy of Champions: Football is set, as you might guess, in the Academy of Champions. At the start of the game, you choose to play as a boy or girl. Throughout the game, you will meet new teammates and gradually become the champion soccer player! This game is more aimed at the younger audience, so unless you're younger than 12, this game is not recommended!

Very fun game, especially for this price
Academy of Champions is not too difficult but also not too easy. Every 5 days, there are matches that you have to win. You start at day 1. There is a schedule that you have to follow. For example, you have to train, shop, or talk. A big advantage is that the game is in Dutch, making it suitable for younger players. Once the schedule is completed, you move on to day 2. Often, you can also choose what to do. There are multiple options in the schedule. A match lasts 5 minutes, your team consists of 5 players including the goalkeeper. Each player has a super talent. You can't control the goalkeeper, which I find a bit disappointing, but you can control the rest. You have to win the match to progress in the game; otherwise, you have to redo the whole week. So, you have to make good choices in the days leading up to the match. For example, buying good shoes and gathering a lot of information about the opponent.
The game could be a bit longer. What I find enjoyable about this game is that you get to make all the choices yourself. VERY FUN GAME, ESPECIALLY FOR THIS PRICE.
