When you find all three treasures in a level, you unlock a Challenge Level. You can find this level in your Hideout of A Boy and his Blob, from the main menu.

First, you need to find all the hidden treasures in the lowest areas, like sewers and metro stations, in A Boy and his Blob. Once you've found them all, head back to the beginning of the level. Then, make your way all the way to the east of the game (to the right) to find a health food store. It used to be closed, but now it's open, and you'll receive a bunch of extra vitamins there.

On the first screen of Blob's planet in A Boy and his Blob, you need to run and throw a jellybean to the left side of the screen. If you do this correctly, the screen will flash briefly, and then you will see the boss room. Now all enemies are gone from the planet for good.

First, you need to give your blob a root beer jellybean to go to the grasslands of A Boy and his Blob. Now give him a punch jellybean so he turns into a hole. Next, press the whistle to change him back. As he's transforming back, quickly jump into the hole. You should still be able to hide deep in the grass, even though your blob is no longer a hole. You can use this to get past obstacles.

When you complete a Challenge Level, you unlock bonus content in the form of videos or artwork. You can find this later in your Hideout of A Boy and his Blob, located in the main menu.
Easter Eggs and Glitches:
What happens if you feed a Honey jellybean and a Ketchup jellybean to Blob in A Boy and his Blob?
If you feed Blob a Honey jellybean and while he's transforming also feed him a Ketchup jellybean, Blob turns into a stone in A Boy and his Blob!
