Make use of the 63 characters including the famous Onaga the dragon king who has never been playable!

In Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, you don't just have to fight in story mode; you can also take advantage of the Arcade where you choose your character and battle against different enemies. A new feature has been introduced in the series, allowing you to create your own character now!

Extensive Mortal Kombat on the Wii
The most extensive Mortal Kombat ever is now also available on the Wii. The standard arcade mode is, of course, included again, where you have to defeat a list of opponents with one fighter. And the nowadays also standard story mode is back as well. You simply play an action-adventure, I would just stick to the arcade mode because the story mode felt a bit obligatory. And then there's the Create-A-Fighter mode where you can create your own character. Fun for the Mortal Kombat fan, but I'll stick with the standard characters like Sub-Zero and Scorpion: Get Over Here!... if you want to play Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.

The words Mortal Kombat are summary enough!
Mortal Kombat: Armageddon at its best, with the vast selection of playable characters alone, you'll be occupied for a few hours trying them out one by one. The gameplay is very enjoyable, and if, like me, you grew up playing Mortal Kombat games on various platforms (Super Nintendo or PC...), then this is pure nostalgia. A must-have for true fans.

It's Mortal Kombat, but could have been better!
Mortal Kombat: Armageddon! The first Mortal Kombat game released for the Wii. Every Mortal Kombat game in my eyes is a gift from the gods themselves. In the Wii version of this game, you can choose from 62 different characters and an exclusive character designed specifically for the Wii named Chameleon. The game introduces two new options, namely Motor Kombat and Create-a-Fighter.

Motor Kombat is a kind of Mario Kart where you can race with a number of characters from the Mortal Kombat games. The cars are styled after the character you're driving with. During the race, you need to watch out for so-called Death-Traps and Fatalities.

With Create-a-Fighter, you can design your very own character, using thousands of different ways and options to customize your character. With the money you earn in the game and the items you unlock in conquest mode, you have many possibilities. The downside to Create-a-Fighter is that you can only use one designed character in the game. Once you've designed a character and want to create another one, you'll lose the previously designed character.

Unfortunately, the fatality mode is much less impressive compared to other Mortal Kombat games, and the game on the Wii cannot be played through online mode. Additionally, the game is not as good as its predecessor, Mortal Kombat Deception. However, the variety of characters to choose from and the Create-a-Fighter option make up for a lot, but still, I expected more from the first Mortal Kombat on the Wii.

Fun game!
Fun fighting game for the Wii.
You can do a lot of new things like: Kreate-a-fighter, Konquest, Kombat, and much more. There's also a new character created specifically for the Wii: Chameleon.
The controls and graphics are good, truly a top game.

The best Mortal Kombat ever!
You have a lot of playable characters in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, the story mode is more fun than the previous Mortal Kombats. New is Motor Kombat: racing with Mortal Kombat characters, and building your own characters. Since there are so many characters, sometimes you don't know who to choose. It's a shame that you only have 2 fighting styles per character.
